BESPOKE PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The first phase of the process is to discuss your needs, desires and ideas, during an initial complementary consultation. It can take place in our showroom in Kensington, over the phone. or an alternative agreed location. It will also be the opportunity to evaluate the project budget.

DESIGN

Following the initial consultation, Léa Rochard will start to work on a design proposal to present to you in the following 2-3 weeks.

VALIDATION

Once you are satisfied with the project design, we will finalise the selection of the stones and start the technical Computer Aided Design renders (CADs) that will support the production of the piece. At this stage, we also provide the final quote and validate the sizing. This stage takes 2-3 weeks.

PRODUCTION

Your bespoke piece of jewellery will be made by our highly-skills craftsmen only with the best quality materials and stones.  This stage of the process may take 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
