CARE INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL

To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, we advise you to not to put it in contact with water, UV or subject to strong temperature changes.
Avoid wearing your jewellery when cleaning, bathing, showering, doing physical activities or work, swimming and particularly when going to the beach. It is also important that no chemicals, cosmetics, hair spray, lotions or perfumes get in direct contact with the jewellery since harsh detergents can damage the gold, the stones and the mother of pearl irremediably.
We strongly recommend to always apply make-up and styling hair before putting on your jewellery.
Finally, diamonds are naturally occurring hard stones but, like any stone, can still get damaged when being knocked.

STORING

Storing your jewellery properly is an essential part of the care to prevent wear and tear. When your jewellery is not worn, keep the pieces in their box or pouch, away from the sunlight and at constant temperature.
Try to make sure that the pieces are not touching each other to avoid tangling and scratching of the gold or gems. For necklaces, it is always better to close them when they are being stored.
The lustre of Mother of Pearl can also be harmed by perspiration. To prevent this, we recommend to gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth before storing it back into its box.

CLEANING

When being worn frequently, dirt and grease would naturally occur over your jewellery, resulting in a loss of sparkle, shine, and brightness.
The best way to clean your jewellery is to gently use a soft toothbrush or a soft jewellery cloth.
Chemicals should never be used on your jewellery. Emeralds, Mother of pearl, Opals and Turquoises are particularly delicate gemstones and are vulnerable to acid, alkaline and extremes of humidity and should not be put in contact with soapy water.
