TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
The customer shall pay the invoice in full and in cleared funds at the time of placing the Order. Time for payment for the Goods is of the essence and we shall not proceed with the processing of the Order or the delivery of the Goods to you until all amounts payable to us by you are paid in full.
DELIVERY
When you request a delivery to be made outside the UK or the European Union, the Goods may be subject to tax or customs duty over which we have no control and you shall be solely responsible for paying such tax to the relevant entity or authority. Goods will be delivered to the address provided to us when placing your Order or to such other location as you tell us in writing. The Goods will be delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible once the product has been produced.
RETURNS
Bespoke pieces, including pieces from the main collections with changes made to them such as a change of stone, are not refundable nor exchangeable.
For pieces from the main collections, in the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt of item(s).
If 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Léa Rochard packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that customized or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
To complete your return or exchange of items from the main collection, please contact us at info@learochard.com with details of your return request. We will require a proof of purchase and tracked delivery.
Due to the value of the goods, you will need to use a tracked/insured shipping service to return or exchange an item. All returns or exchanges should be made to our address in London, UK, which will be provided upon request to info@learochard.com.
We do not cover the cost of any return shipments, unless following our inspection the product is proven to be faulty. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer shall be liable for any loss, damage, theft or other impairment of the returned or exchanged item until such item is received by Léa Rochard at the designated return address. A refund or exchange will not be made unless we have received the item and its condition has been checked. If we deem that the item has not been returned in unused, unworn and re-saleable condition, a refund will not be issued.
If all requirements for a refund are met, the refund will be made within 10 working days in the same payment method/ delivery address as the purchase order. For exchanges, the lead time may vary depending on the requirements. A completely new piece would take up to 8 weeks for production. Most items can be re-sized and such process would take up to 4-6 weeks from the confirmation of the new size, depending on the amends.
If you inform Léa Rochard after the stated 14 day period of items being faulty at the time of purchase, we will endeavour to fix your item as soon as possible but are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
