These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Léa Rochard and our customers. By using or accessing or visiting www.learochard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to anything in these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, do not use our Website or Services.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. All items are pre-order only, please allow up to 8 weeks, from date of payment, for delivery.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. You should have the order number available whenever you contact us about your order.
Images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a computer monitor/mobile device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the items may be incorrectly priced on our website. Should an item’s indicated price be incorrect, we will inform you before confirming your order.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email from us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
In the event of a failed delivery due to the absence of someone to receive the parcel at the delivery address, it is the customer's responsibility to either re-arrange delivery or collect the item(s) from the delivery depot. Léa Rochard will not refund or replace items that are not collected/re-arranged for delivery.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
You warrant that the Goods are for personal, and not commercial use.
We amend these terms of service from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
